We have a 7 day refund policy which means you have 7 days after completing your booking to request a refund in case you have changed your mind about booking with us.

We will notify you once we receive your request and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Remember that it can take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
