The Company was established in March 1999 and started its activity in the international nautical charter market in September 1999. The Company boasts a commercial agreement, which it has maintained for 23 years, with the international group Kiriacoulis Mediterranean (KM) , leader in the Mediterranean in the nautical charter sector.

The strengths of the agreement are summarized below:

- the extraordinary support of KM in marketing our fleet in the international market;

- full autonomy of the Company in the technical, logistic and operational management of its fleet and charter bases, of which two in Sicily (Palermo and Capo D'Orlando) and one in Sardinia (Punta Asfodeli).

Thanks to twenty years of experience in the market and the synergy with the KM group, the Company enjoys consolidated commercial relationships both with the main world-class shipyards (Beneteau, Jeanneau, Bavaria, Lagoon, Catana-Bali and Fountaine-Pajot), and with the best international agencies and e-commerce platforms specialized in yacht charter.

The Company has made and launched a new investment consisting in the new purchase of 1 Lagoon 42 model sailing catamaran with auxiliary engines to be used exclusively for the international charter market.

The project has made it possible to implement the fleet already present and which has 21 units, including catamarans and monohulls from 37 to 54 feet (12-18 meters), distributed in our charter bases of Capo D'Orlando (ME), Palermo and Punta Asphodeli/Porto Rotondo.

The new catamaran has been included in the fleet that insists in the Capo D'Orlando Base, composed in 2023 of 16 sailing units of which 7 catamarans and 9 monohulls.
