SECURITY DEPOSIT, EXTRA COMPULSORY & OPTIONALS
Security Deposit
The standard Security Deposit must be posted upon check-in (VISA/MasterCard) even if the Customer has already purchased a personal insurance from third parties:
Monohulls € 3.000;
Catamarans € 4.000.
As an alternative to the standard Security Deposit, the Insurance is available (minimum charge 7 days):
- "partial insurance" (in this case the security deposit is reduced to € 595): monohulls € 40/day;
catamarans € 50/day;
- "full insurance" (in this case NO security deposit is required): monohulls € 50/day;
catamarans € 60/day.
The "partial" or "full" insurance covers all damages except the following:
- cases of extreme negligence (f.e. a hatch that was NOT closed was broken by the sheets during the sailing);
- total or partial theft;
- loss or damage of dinghy and the optionals (e.g. outboard engine, SUP, Kayak, etc.)
Reductions
• 5% for repetitive Clients (not applicable for bookings less than one week);
• 5% for two weeks charter;
• 10% for three weeks charter;
• 15% for four weeks charter.
Payment Conditions (by bank wire transfer)
• 25% upon confirmation;
• 25% within 90 days before departure;
• 50% within 30 days before departure.
The charter fee include: VAT, standard equipment as per “technical specifications” and mooring at the Base for the first and the last charter's night.
The charter fee does not include: the costs of fuel, any additional moorings and provisions.
EXTRA compulsory (to be paid at embarkation):
• Service Pack (includes end cleaning, water at the departure, 1 x cooking gas bottle, batteries for torch, 1 set of bed linen and toilette towels for each crew member): € 280/charter for the monohull 3 cabins, € 330/charter for the monohull 4 cabins, € 360/charter for the monohull 5-6 cabins, € 390/charter for the catamarans up to 42', € 450/charter for the catamarans 43'-46'.
OPTIONALS (to be paid at embarkation):
• Outboard engine: € 120/week for monohulls; € 160/week for catamarans;
• Skipper: cost to be defined;
• Hostess/Steward Cook: € 185/day;
• Minibus transfer from/to airports and/or hotels (request our price list);
• Early Check-In at 13:00 (instead of 17:00): € 150 for monohulls 3 cabins; € 190 for monohulls 4 cabins; € 250 for monohulls 5-6 cabins; € 300 catamarans;
• SUP or Kayak: € 130/week;
• Floating platform (with ladder): € 100/week;
• BBQ: € 120/week (including 1 gas cylinder, each additional € 15);
• Starter Pack: € 60/charter (washing up liquid, sponge, rubbish bags, matches/lighter, toilet & kitchen rolls, fruit plate, water, orange juice, wine, packet of biscuits, individual tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk);
• Gennaker: € 200/week;
• Railing Net: € 200/monohulls; € 300/catamarans;
• Provisions (request our form): +10% for the service and it will be calculated on the receipt of the supermarket;
• 2° Set Bed Linen and Toilette Towels: € 15/pax;
• Kit Snorkelling: € 15/each/week;
• Beach Towel: € 15/each.
