The Beneteau Oceanis 40.1 Of Helm Yachting it is actually a very new generation 42', therefore with a very wide beam and incredibly spacious for her size, in fact there are 4 cabins for 8 berths, plus a large dinette! The 'cruiser' character is further emphasized by the very comfortable furling mainsail and electric winches, to make life easier for her guests.

LIVING AREAS
The dinette has standard equipment and up to 6 people can sit and eat there. 2 other people can also enjoy the large sofa at the entrance as a support for the Captain's station. The kitchen is large and houses everything needed to cook for up to 10 people: 2 burners, 1 large sink, 1 small one, a freezer, a refrigerator, an oven and a very useful AC/DC inverter.
The 4 bedrooms are all spacious one of the two forward ones has bunk beds, while the others are all doubles. 2 large toilets with electric toilets and showers and all cabins with fans complete this modern boat, suitable for having a lot of fun at a low cost.
OUTDOOR AREAS
the cockpit is very large, thanks to the maximum beam almost at the stern and combines perfectly with the folding transom, making the water access area a real added balcony.
The prevailing winds around the Aeolian Islands during the summer tend to be from the NW or NE, although, in calm weather, light sea breezes from any direction can be encountered blowing between the islands.
While rare, storms are not unheard of during the spring and early summer and careful forward planning is required as there are only two harbors that offer adequate shelter.
