General Conditions 2025
• EMBARKATION TIME / CHECK-IN (17:00)
• EARLY CHECK-IN ("Embarkation at 13:00" is available as an optional service and is subject to the condition that the yacht returns without damages from the previous charter)
• RETURN TO BASE / CHECK-OUT (the day before the end date within 17:00)
• DISEMBARKATION TIME (09:00)
DOCUMENTS
In order to CONFIRM the booking, it is necessary to receive:
- a copy of the ID card/Passport and the Charterer's complete address
- the copy of the down payment
- the list of the requested optional items
- the estimated time of arrival at Base
- the copy of the balance payment
PAYMENT CONDITIONS (by bank wire transfer)
• 25% upon confirmation
• 25% within 90 days before departure
• 50% within 30 days before departure
REDUCTIONS
• 5% for repeat Customers (not applicable for bookings less than one week)
• 5% for two weeks charter
• 10% for three weeks charter
• 15% for four weeks charter
SERVICE PACK (compulsory, to be paid on spot), prices per charter:
end cleaning, dinghy (the outboard engine is not included), water at the departure, 1x cooking gas bottle, batteries for torch, linen equipment (bed linen & toilette towels) for each crew member:
• 3 cabin yachts € 280
• 4 cabin yachts € 330
• 5-6 cabin yachts € 360
• Catamarans up to 42' € 390
• Catamarans 43'- 46' € 450
OPTIONALS (to be paid on spot):
• Starter Pack: € 60/charter (washing up liquid, sponge, rubbish bags, matches,toilet & kitchen rolls, fruit plate, water, orange juice, wine, packet of biscuits, individual tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk)
• Outboard engine: € 120/monohulls; € 160/catamarans
• Railing Net: € 200/monohulls; € 300/catamarans
• Gennaker: € 200/week
• Stand Up Paddle: € 130/week
• Kayak: € 130/week
• Floating platform (with ladder): € 100/week
• BBQ: € 120/week (including 1 gas cylinder, each additional € 15)
• Skipper: cost to be defined (meals are not included and are covered by the Customer).
25% charge if Skipper is cancelled in less than 4 weeks before the departure
• Hostess/Steward Cook: € 185/day (meals are not included and are covered by the Customer)
• Early check-in at 13:00 (instead of 17:00): € 150 for monohulls 3 cabins
€ 190 for monohulls 4 cabins
€ 250 for monohulls 5-6 cabins
€ 300 for catamarans
• 2° Set Bed Linen and Toilette Towels: € 15/pax
• Provisioning (request our form): +10% for the service and it will be calculated on the receipt of the supermarket (to be ordered no later than 4 days before the departure date)
• Kit Snorkelling: € 15/each/week
• Beach Towel: € 15/each
• Minibus transfer (to be ordered no later than 4 days before the departure date):

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit must be blocked
Monohulls € 3.000
Catamarans € 4.000
Alternatively, one of the two insurances
- "partial insurance" (in this case the security deposit is reduced to € 595): monohulls € 40/day
catamarans € 50/day
- "full insurance" (in this case NO security deposit is required): monohulls € 50/day
catamarans € 60/day
The "partial" or "full" insurance covers all damages except the following:
- cases of extreme negligence (f.e. a hatch that was NOT closed was broken by the sheets during the sailing);
- total or partial theft;
- loss or damage of the dinghy and the optionals requested (e.g. Outboard engine, SUP, Kayak, Gennaker, etc.).
SAILING QUALIFICATIONS
A crew member’s sailing license is required
THE CHARTER FEE INCLUDES:
- VAT, standard equipment as per “technical specifications” and mooring at the Base for the first and the last charter's night.
THE CHARTER FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- the costs of fuel, any additional moorings and provisions.
